Disappointment really, Orginally sent an email about the ford tourneo that took 3 days to respond, fair enough everyone busy. Phoned at the beginning of the week, no one answered but again in fairness they did eventually phone me back. I phoned them the following day, again no one answered. Eventually someone did answer i told them I had got my finance in place and I had that morning sent all my details for my px. Which again nobody answered that email that I sent 8 hours before I spoke to them. I was told someone would get back to me with px valuation that 3 days ago heard nothing. They was polite on phone but its like they dont want to sell you a vehicle in my 20 years of buying vehicles I dont think I've chased a dealer so much. I see other reviews saying they are a good dealership but communication is very slow / poor. Imagine if I had a problem with the vehicle. Ive not gone to another dealer who have valued my px, built the deal etc all done and dusted in 3 hours. Good communication is key guys!

The guys at the garage were really friendly which is a big change to some of my past experiences. They weren’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They also didn’t rush me.They went above and beyond to sort out a few extra things for me. I don’t usually review but its clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Honestly, I’ve been treated badly at other dealerships in the past, but this was a completely different vibe. Highly recommend this garage if you're in need of some help!

I just bought an Audi A8 from these guys and from start to finish, they showed me respect, integrity and total professionalism. When I went to view the car, only Zahar was available, however he still picked me up at the railway station in Bedford and took me to their garage. I spent a lot of time checking the car and had a test drive with Zahar and the car was everything they said it would be, which is amazing by the way!I would recommend Ouse Valley Car Sales to anyone wishing to buy a used car and I can't thank Zahar enough for everything he did. A fantastic guy and a great experience buying from these guys!

Was an absolute pleasure today buying our Renault Kangoo van with this company today. Very pleasant and friendly people.. We paid a small deposit beginning of the week and they held it for us to come and look at it even though they had lots of interest in it so true to their word. Well worth the drive out.. The vehicle I purchased recently is in excellent condition and it is immaculate, both on the inside and the outside. It was checked over before delivery and one minor fault was rectified and reported to me. The delivery arrangements were impeccable and punctual. The delivery driver assisted with the registration process online and the V5 arrived within a very few days. Very pleased indeed with the experience.
