I highly recommend Ouse Valley. I was in contact with Zahar from the outset. I requested a video which was promptly sent to me. I placed a deposit as I was satisfied with the car. I was collected from Bedford train station. The car was as described and drove exceptionally well. I would happily purchase my next car from them. It was a pleasure.

Amazing service! I’d rate it 10 ⭐ if I could. Honestly, Ameur was very transparent throughout. He went out his way to service and MOT the car for me within 48 hours. I highly recommend these guys as they are honest individuals and take great pride in their business. Thanks once again 👍

Disappointment really, Orginally sent an email about the ford tourneo that took 3 days to respond, fair enough everyone busy. Phoned at the beginning of the week, no one answered but again in fairness they did eventually phone me back. I phoned them the following day, again no one answered. Eventually someone did answer i told them I had got my finance in place and I had that morning sent all my details for my px. Which again nobody answered that email that I sent 8 hours before I spoke to them. I was told someone would get back to me with px valuation that 3 days ago heard nothing. They was polite on phone but its like they dont want to sell you a vehicle in my 20 years of buying vehicles I dont think I've chased a dealer so much. I see other reviews saying they are a good dealership but communication is very slow / poor. Imagine if I had a problem with the vehicle. Ive not gone to another dealer who have valued my px, built the deal etc all done and dusted in 3 hours. Good communication is key guys!

The guys at the garage were really friendly which is a big change to some of my past experiences. They weren’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They also didn’t rush me.They went above and beyond to sort out a few extra things for me. I don’t usually review but its clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Honestly, I’ve been treated badly at other dealerships in the past, but this was a completely different vibe. Highly recommend this garage if you're in need of some help!

Can thoroughly recommend Ouse Valley car sales when wanting to purchase a van/car. Zahar is professional and friendly and extremely helpful. No pressure to buy. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.
