I cannot speak highly enough for the two brothers who run Ouse Valley Car Sales. Their professionalism and customer care was above and beyond what you usually get. Their after sale care was true to their word. The Nissan Juke was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Exceptional service, friendly, very helpful, polite and respectful, they took the time to deliver our car to us in Plymouth from Bedford. This is the best experience we have had with a car sales garage they went above and beyond. We are well pleased with the car and the exceptional service we have received. I absolutely recommend Ouse Valley Car Sales! They went out of their way to accommodate me when I asked to come along and view a vehicle and were very helpful and patient during the whole process. Got a car for my Mum through Ouse Valley Car Sales. Very easy to deal with them via Autotrader and text, etc. They were very honest regarding details of the car and provided new MOT. They were very friendly and accommodating in arranging delivery of the car. I would recommend them to anyone.

On the 20th October I went to view my very first car as soon a I saw it I loved it, the interior and exterior of the car looked spotless and looked brand new, the business is run by 2 brothers the one I met was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother, he even took us out in it for a test drive, then the 2 brothers delivered it to my front door the next day, I can not recommend Ouse Valley Car Sales enough, thank you again for your service :)

The two brothers who run this company are open, frank and easy to do business with. They answered all questions in a way that gave us the confidence to buy the car we had seen advertised. It would have been difficult for us to go the 120 miles to pick up the car, so they delivered it and took the old one away. We were also helped through the re-registration process carefully and kindly. A friendly and faultless service.
